1. Information Processing on Your Device

RegionMirror is designed to operate entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information or usage data on external servers.

• License information. License status used to enable premium features is stored locally on your device.
• Screen recording permissions. The app may request screen recording permissions to enable its core functionality. All screen content is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted or stored on our servers.

No analytics, tracking, or remote logging: RegionMirror does not use analytics SDKs, tracking technologies, or any third-party services that collect or transmit usage data from your device.

2. How Information Is Used

Any information processed or stored by RegionMirror on your device is used solely to provide app functionality, verify license status for premium features, and enable the app to operate as intended. Because data remains on your device, we do not use it for profiling, advertising, or share it with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Local storage only. License information and any ephemeral data required by the app are kept only on your device.
• No cloud storage. We do not upload or back up screen recordings, personal data, or usage data to external servers.
• Your control. You can remove locally stored data by deleting the app from your device. You can also revoke screen recording permission via System Preferences (or the equivalent OS settings).

4. Third-Party Services

RegionMirror relies only on Apple-provided services for distribution and in-app purchases:

• Apple App Store (distribution)
• StoreKit (in-app purchases and license verification)

5. Screen Recording and Privacy

RegionMirror requires screen recording permission to provide its core features. Important details:

• All screen content used by the app is processed locally on your device.
• No screen recordings or screenshots are transmitted to or stored on any external server by RegionMirror.
• You may revoke screen recording permission at any time through your device’s System Preferences / Privacy settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

RegionMirror is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information in the app, please contact us at the address below so we can take steps to remove that information.

7. Your Rights

Because RegionMirror does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal information held by us to access, modify, or delete. If you wish to remove locally stored data, uninstalling the app will remove such data from your device.

8. Data Retention and International Transfers

We do not retain or transfer personal data outside your device. Because no personal data is transmitted to our servers, there are no cross-border transfers managed by us.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of RegionMirror after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
